A small deposit secures your party and is deducted from the price on the day. Once we’ve confirmed availability, your date is booked in.

The deposit is non-refundable, but we can rearrange your party free of charge if your plans change.

Weekends get booked up quickly, especially in peak season, so we recommend booking as early as you can. Get in touch and we’ll check your date.

The remaining balance is settled on the day of the party. We’ll confirm the final amount with you beforehand based on numbers and any add-ons.

Parties are for up to a maximum of 16 children. For larger groups we can add an extra host — just ask when you book.

The standard party is 1 hour 30 minutes. You can extend it to 2 hours for £45, which adds more host time, games and prizes.

Parents are welcome to stay, though the room can get cosy — drop-off and collection are just as welcome for party guests.

Yes — free parking is available at the front and back of the venue. Please be kind to our neighbours and use the free parking areas provided.

Every package includes a themed tea party — sandwiches, crisps, popcorn, sweets, biscuits, cakes and juice, served in our dressed tea room.

We can cater for certain allergies — contact us with your specific needs. There is an additional charge of £5 per child who needs an allergen-adjusted menu. For severe allergies you’re welcome to bring a packed lunch for that guest, as ours is a small kitchen.

Yes — upgrade to a high tea for £30, or an American menu (hotdogs, nachos, candy floss and more) for £35. There’s an adult sandwich platter for £25 too.

Princess and character parties, unicorn, mermaid, disco, slime, pop princess, K-pop, Wednesday, Descendants, Lilo & Stitch, breakfast with a princess, paint a pot, VIP pamper and more.

Very often, yes! If you dream it, we can usually build a package around it. Get in touch with your idea and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Glitter tattoos, hair glitter, nails, glitter make-up, face art, candy floss, mocktails, sweet cones, personalised banners and poster boards, and more.

Some face paints, glitter make-up and tattoos may slightly stain skin and aren’t advised for children with sensitive skin or skin allergies.
