How do deposits work?
A small deposit secures your party and is deducted from the price on the day. It's non-refundable, but we can rearrange your party free of charge.
How many children can come?
Parties are for up to a maximum of 16 children. Extra hosts can be added for larger groups.
Can parents stay?
Parents are welcome to stay, though it may get crowded — drop-off and collection are welcome for party guests too.
Can you cater for allergies?
We can cater for certain allergies — contact us with your specific needs. There is an additional charge of £5 per child who needs an allergen-adjusted menu. For severe allergies you're welcome to bring a packed lunch for that guest, as ours is a small kitchen.
Is there parking?
Yes — free parking is available at the front and back of the venue.
Anything else to know?
Some face paints, glitter make-up and tattoos may slightly stain skin and aren't advised for children with sensitive skin or skin allergies.
