About this party

The Slime Making Party in Manchester

Slime parties are gloriously messy, which is the whole point — and the reason it is worth having one somewhere that is not your kitchen. Children make their own slime with one of our hosts, take it home, and the mess stays with us.

It suits ages six and up, when children are old enough to enjoy the making rather than just the squashing. We run it at our Walkden venue, easily reached from Swinton, Worsley and Salford, with free parking for the drop-off.

Questions about this party

What age is a slime party for?

Ages 6 and up. Younger children tend to enjoy the squashing more than the making, and the recipe steps are pitched at school age.

Do they take the slime home?

They do — each child makes their own and takes it with them. Whether it survives the car journey is between you and them.
